comment Does Ubuntu support onlive universal controller?
Thanks man, but Xbox360 is a bit big for my hands (i like to have a smalled controller, not a rehash of gigantic dreamcast controller), plus I dont want to have all those wires on my floor, and wireless dongle has been discontinued (the way things go controllers themselves might be discontinued as well)... As for Dualshock I am of course gonna try it. And the Onlive one as well, but the thing with Onlive controller is that in Windows for example, it only works in Onlive app, that's it, but who knows about Ubuntu.... EDIT: Oh, and Dualshock 3 has been discontinued as well... =/

comment How can I pair up wiimote plus to my Ubuntu 12.04 machine?
Thank you for your help. The thing is, it appears I got myself a new model of the Wii Remote, where Nintendo switched something making it harder to make to work. Dolphin-Emu team hasn't come around to fixing it up for windows yet, so that would explain why linux drivers didnt work for me (the repos are quiet old).

Actually, I got somewhere. I noticed that the bluetooth-man applet is capable of adding the device and successfully pairing it. However, the controller turns off like it hasnt been paired.

comment How to completely dim/turn off screen in Ubuntu 12.04
I tried that, but the thing is, I am not sure if turning the output on/off that often as I need is not going to damage the screen.
