comment Add NTFS partition to live USB
Try this: Format the USB with NTFS and copy something to it. Then go see in both systems if you can see it. Then create a live usb with an ubuntu iso (which would be fat32) and test if you can see it.

comment Reorder Files inside Folder
Tested with 10 folders and the subfolders inside them. It moved some but not all of them. For example, in cases where there were a lot of subfolders inside each other it did not move the song. In cases where the song was inside an album folder (like 2pac/album/song.mp3) it moved the song to music/2pac correctly. But this took a lot of time. For all songs it will take several hours. What am looking for is a script that using maybe a for can move this songs to the main folder of the artist.

My music folder is in /media/fun/music and I would like the artists to have their directory in it AND THEN the music. No subfolders for albums, years or whatever. Just for example /media/fun/music/blackeyedpeas/ALL SONGS HERE. Without subdividing them in albums. The way I put it was "/media/fun/music/%a/%t| Is this correct before I test if it works (Since it takes A LOT for 30K songs)

Sorry but i can't seem to find the "Press Enter to start the renaming". I have the option ready but how to apply it. the only thing it does is scan and scan and scan. Takes several minutes to complete and does nothing.

comment Are there any plans to replace PiTiVi with OpenShot in 11.10?
I retract my previous statement. Just tested 0.14 of PiTiVi and it was amazing. It was like Openshot met Avidemux. It was not just a simple update from 0.13.5 but a whole redo to everything. The speed, new effects and many other features apart from the new stability i could test while cutting pieces of video, adding effects, rendering multiple times it was amazing. No crash whasoever. 0.14 is indeed totally different that its previous version.

Empathy as far as i know works on the gtalk. On the msn one it does not but since I have not used the msn one since i moved my account to gmail for a better mail experience all around, for me, I do not care much about what msn does ;) (Besides, using hotmail for me is like hell, very confusing, not friendly and the page looks like an old html simple page that got married with 200 ads.

comment How to create a bootable USB with multiple ISO images in it
Tested that one. The only one I knew was the Multisystem and UNETbootin but they do not work with Windows so a doable liveusb that supports windows and other linux distro can not be done. Tried the one you mention here and I was amazed by it.

One would think that "pendrivelinux" is about creating linux bootable systems from linux but most of them are windows. Go figure.

comment Accessing IE only sites
I tested with Firefox 3.6,4, Chrome 11,12,13, Opera 10,11 and IE 7,8,9. The site gave the same error for all browsers. So i can not tell you how to solve it since the page does not work (at least for me) in all browsers i could get my hands on. Maybe the availability depends on the country, ip range or something else. I even used pages like webpagetest.org and browsershots.org both said the same thing about the error. Sorry could not help further.

+1. This game is amazing. For me is the best strategy game for Linux that has this type of graphics and sound. Age of Empires 3 does not even compare.

comment Limiting internet bandwidth for already started applications
I find it hard to believe that an option to control the bandwidth of a particular process already running or not is not found in Linux. There are several tools, most monitor ones, but shaping tools that DO this no. Only alter how the interface upload/download works, but not a process specific one. Taking into consideration that Linux is very powerful in the network world i find this hard to swallow. There has to be an option.

What you are looking for is a process bandwidth limiter which frankly i have spend about 2 hours looking and testing for one. No luck. Because of that am going to put a bounty here because i find the question very interested.
