Set Nautilus as default file manager in Xubuntu
This way Thunar is also the browser that's opened when a new external drive/memory card is inserted -- I don't know how to stop that happening, but actually removing the thunar package doesn't seem to be an (easy) option as that results in removing the whole xbuntu-desktop package...
