It's imposible. There is not way to have a different folder in a diffent server. May be the site has more than one IP address asigned. I agree with @serg, if you want to filter HTTP properly, use Squid.

Yes, HTTPS is not cacheable. There is an option, but it breaks the security and the browsers complain about it.

comment Problem with squid on EC2
I have three instannces running with Squid in EC2 without any problem. I had to enable the port in the EC2 web console. There was no trick. May be you have problem with your ISP, have you tried to connect to the proxy with another ISP? At home, I have to change the port of Squid because my provider blocks port 3128.
