How to HYBRID-EFI install Ubuntu 12.10? I am not sure about your first comment: If you set your BIOS boot option as default, (in my Asus, and also in HP notebooks at least), the system is going to boot the old way. Also, booting with EFI enabled has two possibilities: booting with or without 'legacy' mode for (un)signed OS. I had a similar problem with Ubuntu 12.10 Gnome Remix, which disk image had not a signed linuz file. |
