Which feature has 3.6.6 that beats 3.5.x? Is there any repository available? Or do I need to compile it?

comment USB 3.0 port with USB 3.0 device in Ubuntu 12.10
@EnesKuray, the USB 3.0 device works in windows 7 and windows 8. I have edited my question. Here is more information: "A USB 2.0 device will work in the USB 3.0 ports. A USB 3.0 device will work (at USB 2.0 speeds) in the USB 2.0 ports. The problem, as I wrote, is between USB 3.0 devices and USB 3.0 ports."

Have you tried installing "mesa-utils" package? If you are using the integrated card it should be recognized.

comment How to HYBRID-EFI install Ubuntu 12.10?
I installed the Gnome Remix flavour. First, I configured my Bios to boot in UEFI mode. In second place, I booted from the usb in UEFI mode, and, while the disk image has an error (the live loader points to a non-existing vmlinuz.signed file) I edited the grub commandline to point to the correct one. Next, i formatted my Hdd to a GPT system and installed ubuntu gnome.

comment How do I get AMD/Intel Hybrid Graphics drivers to work?
I had tried it on a HP g6 (Radeon 6470M and intel HD3000) and there were problems when initializing "aticonfig" it seems to be that some libraries where not found in /usr/lib, (I have installed all the packages described above), so update-alternatives seems to revert to the previous option and the Xserver does not start.

:) Try 12.10, I am really satisfied with it.
