Distorted graphics on start up Could you be more specific about the distortion? Is it blurry, the wrong resolution etc...? I have a problem where my second, smaller monitor is duplicated on my larger monitor along with that monitor's view. Is it something like that? |

Slow booting and System Settings crash on 12.10 I would suggest not booting from USB especially 2.0. While I am not certain, I am suspicious that it is the root of all your problems. USB 2.0 is rather slow to be running a system off of. You might try a lighter weight system like Mint or Xubuntu. |
