You should contact the owner of the PPA if you have issues with any PPA.

comment How to run installation CD for second monitor?
Windows is not Ubuntu. Just because it didn't work in Windows without a CD, doesn't mean that's the same in Ubuntu. Maybe there is an issue with your display drivers instead. You should provide as much information as possible (Ubuntu version, graphics chipset, what monitors you're using, and their connection type).

comment Why do I have question marks instead of ordinary icons?
It's a bug in the application then, most likely.

comment Find an e-mail in the system and remove, that appears in logs
It's probably not "in your system" anywhere really. Just delete the message from the postfix queue. It looks like you probably have an open relay on your server, and some spam bot found it and is trying to relay mail through your host.

Yes, and you asked about perl modules too, which is why my answer is more generic.

comment Ubuntu 14.04 Intel Graphics Dual / Extended Monitors
No, it's a relatively new technology and only recently has started to get real support in the upstream kernel and Xorg code bases. As far as PPAs, I don't know if there's a good one that has both the kernel and Xorg (or that it will even actually work with your hardware). There's a similar problem for 4K monitors, and I'm just using HDMI on mine for now.
