@JorgeCastro He's asking how he can downgrade so his computer works again. How is this "off-topic"? He's not reporting a bug, he's asking for help so his PC isn't left unusable. Hard for him to file a bug report if his PC can't let him open a web browser.

@UnadulteratedImagination So you're saying that you want to Index your own files to be searched locally? Is there any reason why the Unity Dash and Nautilus searches don't work for you? What exactly do you want to be able to search for in the files?
