How can I improve Nautilus’ performance? I forgot to say, since I have fixed the title, this is a folder of 90,000 files. So it's a very, very big folder. However, Explorer still handles it so much better. System Specs: i5-2500K 3.3 GHZ 90GB SSD, GTX 580, 8GB RAM |

How can I compile Shotwell to be able to use the faces feature? Nevermind, I'm a royal, royal, royal idiot. I figured out what I wasn't doing. I guess I should point it out, huh? Basically, the editor toolbar button only appears when you've opened an actual image from your library. I was wrongly assuming it would appear in the main library list. |

How can I compile Shotwell to be able to use the faces feature? Yeah I uninstalled the one from the software center and installed into /usr/local/bin, running shotwell from there via cmd line or nautilus doesn't seem to make a difference. The version that shows up in About is 11.90 Trunk so that's correct. |

How can I compile Shotwell to be able to use the faces feature? I tried that just now, yet even when I open shotwell the "Faces" icon doesn't appear at the bottom toolbar. |

Gnome 3 Shell Login, how do I get it? Gnome Shell is selected. What I'm asking for is the actual login prompt isn't themed as Gnome Shell 3. |
