Ubuntu 12.04 LTS fails to recognize my laptop as laptop You could try running with the live CD. If that is ok then it is likely that a re-install would fix it. Also though that would imply that it would be possible to fix by changing some config file somewhere, if only you knew which one. |

How can I set a display resolution of 1366x768 in a Acer Aspire One ZG5? Are you sure the screen supports that resolution? |

When I launch an app, the focus doesn't move to the opened app The point is that question you asked was "Why does it sometimes not focus the mouse on Nautilus", not "How to make it correctly focus on Nautilus" so the correct answer to the question you asked is that it is a bug. No doubt the workaround is very useful but it is not the answer to the question you asked, it is the answer to a different question. |

How Do I Install Intel HD Graphics Driver on Ubuntu 12.04? I don't think that question makes sense. Please edit the question and title to ask about the problem you are having, rather than what you think the solution might be. For example is it that you cannot play a particular type of DVD? Don't reply to this with another comment, but edit the question. |

Ubuntu 12.04 and 3D In that case either it is a bug in the driver or the chipset is just not capable of running 3d. I don't know which. One option is just to stick with 2D which I presume is working ok for you. |
