Where to install bootloader when installing Ubuntu as secondary OS? Choosing /dev/staa doesn't do the trick. :( |

Where to install bootloader when installing Ubuntu as secondary OS? @Jo-Erlend Schinstad, not so fast. This answer might have some useful information, but I yet to solved my problem. I have done exactly how OP suggested and I still end up with booting straight to Windows 8, again. I picked /dev/sda as boot loader. |

12.04 Taking forever for no apparent reason Well, can you get to updates or terminal from Ubuntu desktop and install updates? Or you might want to try live installation which would download everything you might need for your PC. |

12.04 Taking forever for no apparent reason Does this happen after you do fresh install of Ubuntu? After you install all necessary updates? Have you even installed updates/drivers etc? Have you installed anything and after that those dots appeared? |

VLC 2.0.3 on Lubuntu 12.04: No audio? 2 causes. There is something wrong with Audio codecs on VCL, or there are bugs in version that you are using. You may want to contact VCL support of their communities and hope they have a solution for this problem. Sorry I'm not much help here. |

Android device connects to my computer, but doesn't play audio over Bluetooth I have tried that few times and each time I have failed. I could never make my Bluetooth work correctly on Ubuntu. |
