Ubuntu 12.04 - Multimonitor - Office Use - Update AMD drivers? Why do you recommend the PPA and not the AMD installer? I always thought the PPA is more experimental than the official installer. Also it seems that the latest fglrx for 12.04.2 in the PPA is 12.12 not 13.1. |

Access files on Samsung Galaxy S3 external sd card? This is a very frustrating issue with Linux at the present. The problem is that linux does not natively support the new MTP procotol that the Android v4.0 devices use for storage access over USB cable. I have the same problem. I havent found any reliable solution. Some have reported success, but it is mostly not reproducible or unstable. I hope this will get fixed soon. |

Is it normal for compiz to consume 40% of my CPU with no other programs running? This is not normal, and switching to Unity 2D, when on a modern high end machine is no solution. The developers should really work this out as it is very annoying. |

Where does Deja-dup keep its config files? I'd like to increase the volume size and be more conservative with full backups (once every 6 months or so). I checked the location you mention but I cannot find where this parameters are kept. Any ideas? |

Cannot Import VPN connection And then after i installed network-manager-openvpn-gnome I run into the problem of the grayed "Save" button, and I saw that the certificate was missing. I located it and everything worked OK. |

HDMI Audio stops after TV turned off The script works but not the automation with rc.local. Could you please show how the rc.local should look like? |

Libreoffice on multiple monitors. Menus open in wrong monitor This is a very annoying bug. Is there something to do to get attention on it? It practically renders LO useless in multi-monitor systems. |

Libreoffice on multiple monitors. Menus open in wrong monitor One workaround is to install lo-menubar so that the menus show on the unity bar and not in the libreoffice windows |
