Ubuntu 14.04 they are not working anymore, if i tried bodhi.zazen suggestion in older Ubuntu they works but not in 3.13.0-32-generic. Please advise.

@AzkerM: YES windows 7 directly connected to eth1 and windows 7 i have ip 192.168.2.2. But Ubuntu cant ping Windows 7 and Windows 7 cant ping Ubuntu. I want to access Ubuntu eth0 and eth1 via Windows 7 (without using any switch hardwares just straight cable)
