Python and Vala programmer. Enjoys the history of late antiquity and irritating, cheesy music.

@Enio Please do not post answers in the comment section, but instead with the "Your answer" textbox. Also, there is no need to reproduce the answer here. This question will soon be closed as a duplicate, thanks.

Hi, bug reports are off topic on AskUbuntu (you can't answer away flaws in software). Please report your bug to the Wine developers at winehq.org if you'd like it fixed, thanks.

@djeikyb Would you consider changing your accepted answer to the GUI one? That is probably the one most useful to new users who see this question. Thanks.

I've converted this question to one of the subquestions I don't think has duplicates. As for your other question, @mathguy54, see this question to see how to identify /dev/sdb

@Badministrator I've updated my answer to get that behavior. It's unexpectedly complicated (see this Stackoverflow question).

If the Wine launcher icon does not have a right-click context menu with locking toggle, that is a bug. This question should instead be filed as a bug report, and as such is off-topic, thanks! Instructions on filing a bug report are here.

comment How can the application that makes an indicator icon be identified?
I disagree with closing as a duplicate. This is asking how to identify an indicator's source -- whatever way it's done -- not how to re-enable the old right click behavior.

comment wifi and bluetooth stopped workig
Hello, if this is happening crossplatform, it suggests that nothing in Ubuntu is causing/can fix it. Make sure you haven't switched then a physical hardware button (frequently located on the F1-12 row). I've voted this question for closure as there's nothing really to answer.

comment How do I open a terminal?
@EliahKagan Yes, but that is against the principals of Q&A. Questions should not be a FAQ. It does not follow that the questions "What is X" and "Where is X" should be consolidated.

comment How do I open a terminal?
@Mik Hm, I think closing that one was a mistake. "What is a terminal" and "How to open a terminal" are two separate questions.
