This command transformed a 25MB 4-pages PDF into the almost same quality one, but 2MB. Cheers!

comment Bash always evaluate Regex as true
Ah!! It was, actually, a \r character, so tr -d '\n\r' (specify both, just to be safe) worked! Thank you for your help!!

comment Accessing Git from Assembla using SSH+RSA
@gertvdijk the "warned me that the key is locked" part refers to Ubuntu popping up the modal dialog. ... but, while writing this comment, I realized that ssh-keygen did asked me for a passphrase. Entering that passphrase into the dialog solve it. I don't recall doing that for the RSA keys I generated for Github... Must be Monday.

comment How to start a VM on boot, and shutdown on VM stop?
Very detailed answer! Thank you, I will start from there! But, from what I can read, it looks fine to me. I'll add the VBoxControl.exe guestproperty set RUNNING as a Windows scheduled task (on shutdown), as an admin. As for step 5, I didn't play much with LXDE, and the machine is already setup to auto-logon. Other than that, thanks!
