In software development since August-2005. Quite good at C/C++ (gold badge) with bit of working knowledge in Java. I have been quite interested in developing a C++ source code (static and dynamic) analysis tool.

Right now I have founded a small start-up company called AAHLAAD for various software product development.

@Alvar, see the updated question. Do I need to delete all the partitions. Right now the "Delete" option is available for all the partitions except the last one (Drive 1 Partition 1: IR1_CENA_X64FREV_E). Or still I need to use Qparted?

I have updated the question with some of the images, which shows what I tried. Do I need to delete all the partitions shown in the last image? Right now the "Delete" option is available for all the partitions except the last one (Drive 1 Partition 1: IR1_CENA_X64FREV_E).

@Alvar, this is not happening. I am not reaching till the option where it just does it. It shows some partitions and says that Windows is not compatible with such partitions.

comment Windows 8 & Ubuntu 12.04 Dual Boot Menu Does Not Load
Windows 8 has a bad feature called fast shutdown. You can disable this by typing powercfg /h off as an admin. This will avoid any potential file corruption. Then you can install or whatever with Ubuntu.

comment Ubuntu 13.04 and Windows 8 dual boot problem where Windows 8 doesn't boot
The grub menu can be fixed using the "Boot repair". However, do you think, re-installing Windows will not affect the Ubuntu for sure? I don't mind loosing data in Windows. It will be great help if you can provide an answer for how to re-install a pre-install Windows.
