Why is everything crashing? The Memtest error is a known bug. Boot and run memtest86+ from CD or USB to get around it. bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/memtest86+/+bug/560839 |

Laptop Asus G1S NO sound from built-in speakers @Sam S, when I run my 11.10 command line alsamixer, the automute is not immediately on screen, I have to use the right arrow to move over to it about two screens to the right. It is a text UI so scrolling is coarse. Auto-Mute is between Beep and CallerID on my system. |
