LiveCD + truecrypt drive have write disabled @enzotib, It's not a file encryption, it's a whole drive encryption, usb external drive - non-system. |

LiveCD + truecrypt drive have write disabled Using a livecd, I boot into the computer, and install truecrypt, which I guess gets installed on the computers ram. I then attach a usb storage device to the computer. The usb storage device is a fully encrypted drive. When I mount this drive using truecrypt, I can see everything in the drive, but I cannot add/edit anything in the drive. Does that make any sense? |

Error in Netbeans: “Cannot find an HtmlParser implementation for HTML5” That does work, but how do I get HTML5 to work. I would like to do some HTML5 development on NetBeans. |

Can't remove device from Ubuntu One Something doesn't seem right. I just tried this, and yes, it stopped syncing. So I deleted the files in the ubuntu one directory on the disconnected device. All good so far. I made some changes to the ubuntu one directory from another connected device. Then later when I decided to connect the disconnected device, it deleted everything from the cloud... That is not right, shouldn't a disconnected device just download what is on the cloud when it is reconnected, instead of deleting everything, even if other connected devices have made changes to the cloud... |

How to delete old devices from the Ubuntu One device list? This doesn't seem to work properly on Ubuntu 12.04. It removes the device from the list only, but if you delete the files remaining on the deleted devices Ubuntu One folder, it actually still syncs and deletes the files from the devices which remain in the devices list... |

Changing internal home network ip address for connected devices Still can't get this to work, really confused. By the way, why is my laptops ip address different from my phones ip address when the laptop is connecting to the internet via the phone? Shouldn't the ip address be coming up the same on both devices as it's a single connection? |

Changing internal home network ip address for connected devices Just tried this now and failed miserably, for some reason it stopped me from accessing the internet altogether. I will try again tonight when I have more time. Thanks. |

Stop CPU from slowing down I've tried the bios and change the appropriate to always full performance, but it makes no difference. Thanks for the help anyway. |

Wireless not connecting automatically I made sure the password was saved a long time ago, so this is not the problem. It doesn't want to automatically log me into hidden networks. |

Stop CPU from slowing down OK, with that, the command worked, but the video still becomes choppy when the CPU fans kick in. I think I want to somehow disable to CPU slowing down feature altogether, what's that called, disabling CPU throttling/scalling? |

Stop CPU from slowing down It seems to work with CPU Frequency Scaling Monitor, i.e. I can set it to performance, but that does not seem to make a difference. With CPU Frequency Scaling Monitor, I can also set it to 30% which really slows down the video, and I can set it to 75% which makes it smooth for a short while until the CPU fans kick in and the CPU probably slows down again even though CPU Frequency Scaling Monitor shows it at 100%. |
