How do I fix a “Can't access Dropbox folder” error? Interesting. I'm seeing dovecot complaining: lister dovecot: imap(craig): Warning: Inotify instance limit for user 1000 (UID craig) exceeded, disabling. Increase /proc/sys/fs/inotify/max_user_instances. Will add and see if that makes the problem disappear. Thank you! |

How to keep processes running after ending ssh session? Tmux is really the way to go nowadays. GNU Screen is nice, but Tmux gives you much more functionality, like attaching from multiple locations without having to detach. It's awesome. |

How do I set up hosting a domain name at home with Apache? Linode also lets you do something similar with an API call to set the IP address. I've set up my Tomato router to use this call whenever the IP address is changed by my provider. Here some more information: linode.com/api/dns |

Global menu and HUD suddenly broken Have you tried creating a new account on the machine to see if it might be specific to that particular user? If it works, it'll at least give you a point of A/B comparison, or you could copy your home directory to USERNAME.old, and then transfer files back (assuming the new account works). |

installing 12.04 failing You might want to verify the disc you burned is correct. a few seconds after you boot, you should see an icon with a keyboard. Hit escape, and select "Test Media...". If the media checks out, we'll be better able to help you. |

Autojump in 12.04 doesn't work You might want to say how you installed autojump, whether it was via the .deb package. It's not clear if it's installed correctly. |

How do I install python 2.7.2 on 10.04? Program note: If you're on 10.04, you may need to install python-software-properties prior to using add-apt-repository. |

Ubuntu One file sync error: SSL Handshake This is also occurring with 11.04. It appears there's an issue with Canonical's servers that's preventing anyone from getting online with U1. |

Support for Realtek8111e You might want to put some info on what you've tried so others can see what you've done. Also, which laptop are you running this card on? |

How to use Wi-Fi channels above 11? Are you in the US? If so, the current standard is channels 1-11 for 802.11b/g. You will not be able to use the upper level channels. See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/… for more information. |
