bin playin around with linux for a few years now, bin using ubuntu for about a year and a half, ditched windows permanently about a year ago. never looked back ;)
My aim is to try and answer at least 2 questions for ever question that I ask, if everyone does this as a minimum it means that the whole community is getting involved and contributing to the Ubuntu philosophy, and most importantly, other Ubuntu users get the support they need to continue using linux as a free (and better!) alternative to Microsoft Windows.

What is a “mono wrapper”? Yeah I suppose so, I think I've started thinking of ask ubuntu as a general Q&A site when its not really. I'll try to keep this in mind in future. |

How can I extend the desktop onto an external monitor/projector? yeah laptops can dual screen just as much as towers, it all depends on the graphics card, if you see a DVI or VGA connection on the side, you can extend your desktop, if not, you can't. :) |
