comment Kill a nonresponsive window?
I accidentally close the panel for showing time etc, while under xkill. Is there some way to reopen the panel?

comment Can I change the position of time in gnome-classic panel from top right to top middle?
Thanks. The default position of the time for me is on the right. I don't find an option in gnome-tweak-tool for moving time to the middle.

Thanks. How did you make the time and date appearing in the middle of the panel? See my question here askubuntu.com/q/701129/1471

comment What plugin do I need to install for Firefox to show the content of these websites?
no I didn't. but I installed Oracle's JDK, which version was shown in my post. But Firefox seems not able to use it. Now I just installed icedtea-7-plugin, and Firefox can use it, so I wonder why having Oracle's JDK only does not work.

Thanks. I think I have installed Oracle's JDK, why doesn't it work for Firefox and the websites?
