comment Chat between two people sharing byobu screen
Thanks. This is still not as convenient as chat. For example, while I'm typing # hey dustin, Dustin might want to type something else, and I'm taking the keyboard. If byobu itself had a "chat" window and recognize different keystroke from different sessions - that would be nicer (and if more than two people involved, would save the hassle of writing your name). Thanks!

@user68186 not as convenient as real chat, as you both control the keyboard at the same time

comment How do I create a completely unattended install of Ubuntu?
@Manatax it should theoretically work. But why won't you try out and report the result for us here?

@Will, erm, it makes sense, doesn't it. Raw dump should be raw, and not parse symbols. What exactly are you trying to achieve?

@Will if you don't have symbol information perf script won't help you here. Try installing debuginfo packages for relevant programs, see also brendangregg.com/blog/2014-09-11/perf-kernel-line-tracing.html

@Will extracting callstacks is possible even without scripting support. The easiest way is perf report --stdio.

Add the debian snapshot repository. You might want to check out a tutorial how to add repositories to debian.

@Phani not sure. Did you install all g++-3.4's dependencies?
