I am a postdoctoral research associate at
Department of Statistics,
Harvard University, in
Edo Airoldi's
applied statistics lab.
I enjoy solving problems that require statistics, math and
programming. If networks are involved or the data is big, that is even better.
I have been working on genomic and proteomic data sets and social networks.
I participate in the
XDATA
Darpa project, and have implemented
several network analysis methods in the open source software library
igraph.
