Problem with Ubuntu Touch on Galaxy S It looks like there is a totally new version now anyway. Basically what you need to do is get cyanogenmod working and then you install ubuntu touch using recovery (copy the file to storage on phone and then flash it using the CWM menus without being connected to a computer). |

Problem with Ubuntu Touch on Galaxy S Sounds like you've flashed the BAD clockworkmod from cyanogen wiki. It doesn't work. You have to track down an older version from before they broke it. This has been reported several times but the wiki moderators keep reverting the page to the broken version. |

Apply a visual sharpeness filter to entire desktop? It would be relatively easy for developer to implement an unsharp mask in compiz because it already has plugins which can do all the individual steps required. You would just need to combine them. |

Compile 32bit kernel on 64bit machine Please expand on "as you would normally". I would normally follow the instructions at help.ubuntu.com/community/Kernel/Compile but they do not work inside a chroot - the build dies with 'fatal error: linux/compiler.h: No such file or directory' |

How to show full date and time in Nautilus/Files 3.6+ list view? It doesn't show up for me either. I have an unpatched nautilus installed. I don't see how this change could cause a difference in the dash. Can you test with unpatched nautilus please? |
