What is the best way to develop apps for Ubuntu? I'd add to that list, Learn Python the Hard Way, which is by programming examples, the only good way to learn a language in my opinion. Don't mistake yourself however, it is indeed for beginner programmers, starting with the installation of python ,etc. Also free. learnpythonthehardway.org |

What native games are available? I found it is a very nicely done game overall. There are some flaws, but it's definitely one of the best open source games for Linux out there. |
