I'm seeing the same thing since 11 seconds after a fresh boot on Jan 30 2106. I have a EVGA SR2 and am running Ubuntu 14.04. I get countless pciehp messages spamming me as well. I did an experiment and found that the cause on my board is the Marvel LAN adapters being enabled in BIOS. Turning them off removed this problem. If I disable them both, the problem disappears, but then I have no Ethernet, unless I use an add-in card. ...
