Full screen with gnome-player and VLC not working properly
I've got this problem since the very first minute I installed Lubuntu from scratch. Full screen mode is not working properly in both gnome-player and VLC (see image attached)[1]. Any idea, suggestion?

How to set subtitle position in Gnome Player?
For some reason my gnome player displays subtitles in the upper part of the screen. I can't find the proper settings to make them be displayed in the lower part. Where should I look?
