Is it a bug with Desktop Recorder or Qt Creator?

Its impossible to make drag-n-drop in Qt Creator while Desktop Recorder is running. Or this bug affects only me ? Qt Creator 2.4.1, Based on Qt 4.8.0 (32 bit) Thx.
