Every time I run apt-get update and apt-get dist-upgrade then, I get libqwt-dev in "the following packages will be upgraded" list. Every time. If I update and upgrade right after I've already done it it is there again. And no error messages saying it failed to upgrade. Any ideas?
Below is the output:
~$ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done Calculating upgrade...
