I've a machine with Linux 2.4.24 installed. How is possible to get a grafic inteface on it? It is a VIA PLE133 Chipset based and it was used in the past as router/firewall. Could someone let me know if it is possible to get a grafic interface for such os? Thanks Luca

Try installing Ubuntu 8.04 LTS, or Puppy linux. They have low requirements, and will work on your hardware.

You will also transfer to 2.6.* kernels, there are superior than the 2.4.* branch.
