Sometimes the WiFi just tries to connect to a network for a long, long time, and then just fails, and I need to restart the computer to get it working.

I tried to pkill the nm-applet and running it from the Terminal. That provides some feedback, and it seems to be an issue related to keyring manager not being available.

How do I restart the keyring manager?
