My audio has some problem it is unable to give out speech from all types of videos and audio files and due to some reason gives a giggling sound ever time an audio file is played.Could you solve it its really dis hearting as i like listen to music when doing my work!! PLEASE HELP ME!!

what is your ubuntu version? Are you using alsa driver or pluseaudio? What player do you use? When did your problem occur? Did you install anything so that after installation your are facing the problem? – shantanu Jan 2 '12 at 17:59
