When i start my laptop (Hp pavilion Dv5 1104AX) AMD processor, its wifi card is in on position. when i switched it off physically with touch pad on top of key board the it will not switch on again by pressing the same till next restart.

some times it does not switch on even after restart.

also in Terminal i tried to switch it on and off by commands: sudo ifconfig wlan0 up and "rfkill unblock all" it is not working

kindly guide me on the same
