When I run Leafpad in Unity and change to another Window, I can't get back to Leafpad as Unity doesn't show it in Alt + Tab application. Launcher also doesn't show an arrow to indicate that LeafPad is running.

interesting... I cant reproduce this. How did you install leafpad? What version of ubuntu are you using? – fossfreedom♦ Dec 19 '11 at 14:06

This is probably a bug, not sure how it happens, but it's most likely a bug, so report it on launchpad. – Roland Taylor Dec 19 '11 at 14:59
