Ask Ubuntu is a question and answer site for Ubuntu users and developers. It's 100% free.

I have a problem: To let binaries run right from my NTFS flashdrive, I have to umount it and then manually mount (namely, $ mount -t auto /dev/sdb1 /media/Flash works well).

I don't want to hardcode mount rights for this flashdrive in fstab or elsewhere, but I just want to mount every ntfs drive with exec rights. How do I achieve this?
