Ask Ubuntu is a question and answer site for Ubuntu users and developers. It's 100% free, no registration required.

My PC runs Ubuntu 11.10 and Gnome 3 (Unity isn't disabled; I set Gnome 3 to load by default on startup).

I don't know what this feature is called - - pressing the Windows or Super button on keyboard shows all open windows in a workspace. This 'Show all windows' function stops working when, at times, I press the Windows/Super button successively, multiple times, in order to switch quickly between different windows.

Is this a known bug? If so, is there a solution to prevent this from happening? Every time it stops working, I have to restart the PC.

NOTE: Mouse-clicking "Activities" in the left-top corner of the screen, of course, shows me all Windows. The problem is, it's the keyboard shortcut that gets stuck and doesn't work as intended unless I restart the PC.
