I'm using VLC and http://open.fm/ music radio. I would like to be able to track (to the files would be the best) the names of songs that were played, so later if I want to hear some song again its easy to find it.

I don't think there is such a thing with VLC. The best advice will be checking if there is plugin that adds that functionality. If none then you have two options, either check API and code/ask a feature one or live with that fact!
