I was playing teeworlds on wireless lan with my friends by ubuntu 11.10. Yesterday I installed 11.04 but I cannot connect their laptops(windows xp and 7). My system is updated. Is there an issue about wireless network?

Is it your friends or you who had 11.10? If them, what were you using before upgrading? Did it work? – Kevin Nov 23 '11 at 19:20
when there was no problem, i was using ubuntu 11.10, they were using windows. yesterday i installed 11.04 and connection problem occured. – user35113 Nov 23 '11 at 20:25
Why did you downgrade? It's possible the software you're using is on different versions, and the newer (11.10) had a fix/feature that the older one (11.04) lacks. – Kevin Nov 23 '11 at 20:31
i had some troubles with 11.10 such as touchpad, keyboard shortcuts etc. can i install newer version of networkmanager? can it be a solution? – user35113 Nov 23 '11 at 20:45
It could be. What exactly is the problem? Are you getting any errors? – Kevin Nov 23 '11 at 20:47
