Recently, I have noticed that my Ubuntu 11.10 brightness behaves in a rather interesting way. It reacts to (inc/dec)rease of brightnes and they act as supposed, although when decreasing the minimum (0%?) brightness is somewhere the same as the 60% one, as there are 5 steps of brightness. Except for the last 0% brightness rest of the decrease is nicely decreasing.
Is it possible to remove the last decrease or to modify that the brightness would be only 4 steps?
