I'm running (trying to a least) Ubuntu 11.10 on a Gateway MX8715 with a dual boot configuration. When I boot Ubuntu it eventually loads up and runs for a few minutes then shuts down on it's own. When the system shuts down I briefly see the message:

[78.338750] Critical temperature reached (255 C), shutting down. [83.459423] irq 19: nobody cared (try rebooting with the "irqpoll" option) [83.459849] handlers: [83.459901] [] usb_hcn_irq [83.459981] Disabling IRQ #19

Does anyone know how to fix this?
