"Open Link in New Tab" is hidden but still click-able

Click the report this as a bug link (either here or in my previous comment) for information about how to report bugs. Or just go to the Reporting Bugs page in the Ubuntu community documentation (since everyone should read that carefully before reporting any bugs anyway). When you report the bug, you should use ubuntu-bug (that page will make sense of this), and post back here with a link to the bug page.
