:-)

I tried searching for a solution to my problem, but was unable to find any, other than "it's a bug in OpenVPN".

Essentially the problem is this: OpenVPN w. Google Authenticator does not seem to work in Ubuntu 16.04. A theory I read somewhere, is that this is due to the masking that is now being done, using the * symbol. I have no idea if this is the case, but the problem is as follows:

Specifically the problem is this:

AUTH_FAILED,Google Authenticator Code must be a number

Just to answer the obvious question: Yes I made absolutely, positively, considerably, tremendously sure that I am using numbers and that my keyboard is actually outputting numbers :P

The OS is a complete fresh install.

Any ideas?

Thank you in advance
