Is there a way to prevent the “Search Applications” field (Dash Home -> More Apps) from remembering the last keys typed in on the previous search. If it were blank you'd have the convenience of the “Most Frequently Used” block where your application will likely be listing.

Having the clear the search field on each visit adds extra work and clicks in bringing up the applications.
