I made the Upgrade to Ubuntu 11.10 and lost every settings in the .Xmodmap, so I made a New again, but it did not included the other Language-Layouts I had choose to the Keyboard! I deleted it, added the language-layouts on my keyboard and made a new again, but it won't type other characters than LATIN, but I need Latin + Greek... Can someone please Help me?

Can you please be more specific regarding how you want to configure your computer? What would you like your computer to do? What is it doing currently that you do not like? The .Xmodmap file can remap single keys on the keyboard, independently of the chosen layout, whereas you seem to have a layout-switching problem... – Riccardo Murri Oct 15 '11 at 22:29
