Some feedback for you guys, though I love the distribution, 11.04 outlined one major bug-bear the fixed top panel with minimal user input is of great frustration as the old days of a fully adjustable and modifiable desktop is gone.

This I believe was one of the big "love it or hate it" aspects to 11.04. Can unity and top panel be turned into optional docks (like AWN and Docky, and be moveable) and have the old modifiable panels (especially with a auto-hide panel feature?)

I by no means am saying that Unity is bad it has brought a far simpler and more accessible desktop, though in my opinion customisation was a big selling point pre 11.04, maybe a look at improving this in the future would be worth looking into. Take or leave it but felt compelled to write.

Thanks for all your efforts to make what is the best OS I have come across.

Chris

Unity feedback goes to the Unity Mailing List, it's offtopic here, thanks! – Jorge Castro Oct 8 '11 at 23:15
As far as your other questions just ask them individually (both of those are already answered), or search around on the site. – Jorge Castro Oct 8 '11 at 23:16
