When I start Ubuntu10.10 which is installed in parallel to windows7 it shows an error
Cannot find GRLDR. Press ctrl+alt+del to restart.

How can I fix it and recover my data as I'd installed various software by spending a lot of time.

What is the main cause of happening this? I'd encounter this problem 4th time.
