i cant find any option tabs e.g. Accounts and tools in my empathy messenger. just contact list is visible no more options here,i cant add new contacts,no voice or video call option, any solution???

Are you using Ubuntu 11.04/11.10? If so, have you tried mousing over the upper-left portion of the panel to expose the menu? – WarriorIng64 Sep 5 '11 at 18:32
