Depends: libavcodec-extra-53 (>= 4:0.8.6ubuntu0.12.04.1) but it is not going to be installed

This package is either not available, or is not going to be installed for some other reason. You will have to run apt-get install libavcodec-extra-53 to see if there is an error specific to that package, for why it is not going to be installed. This may lead you to further errors. You will have to trace these errors through until you find and resolve whatever the conflict is, or resolve to not install the app, because it conflicts with something else you do need.
