The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:

sudo apt-get install youtube-to-mp3
. Is there by any change a note about “broken packages” at the end of thelibavcodec-extra-53
but Ubuntu 14.04LTS haslibavcodec-extra-54
in repos in other words I couldn't locate ppa with packageyoutube-to-mp3
for 14.04LTS.
